Ordering
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Wireless Madness Ltd cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Receiving your order
Before we authorise acceptance of your order Wireless Madness must receive payment for the full amount of the products and the delivery charges. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.

All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is becomes unavailable then we will notify you as soon as possible where you will have the option to wait for more stock, choose an alternative or get a full refund.

Delivery and Returns
Wireless Madness Ltd returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us prior to returning any items and to avoid delays in processing your returns. More details can be found under our Delivery page.

Export restrictions
Wireless Madness Ltd will deliver goods within the UK as well as delivering to locations Internationally. If you find there are no shipping options available for your country at checkout please contact us and we will assist you with your order.

Nitro Fuels and Hazardous Goods
Due to the hazardous nature of Nitro Fuels and restrictions placed on couriers for carrying these goods, we cannot at the current time export any Nitro Fuels out of UK Mainland. All overseas locations are currently not covered for international shipment. As a result any international orders for fuel will not be fulfiled or processed. Orders such as these will be automatically made void and payment will be refunded in full.

International Order
We handle our international orders in the same way we deal with any other order. Once we receive your order it will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

The total cost of postage and packaging will be outlined to you at the time of checkout and this will be an accurate indication of the costs, you as the customer, will be charged. We cannot under any circumstances refund delivery, postage, packaging or carriage costs, all prices shown at checkout are final. We reserve the right to consider any refunds and will be done entirely at the discretion of the management at Wireless Madness Ltd.

For international orders we request our customers to notify us by email beforehand for any VAT deductions on their order. We cannot process any refunds once orders have been processed. All orders are supplied with VAT invoices.

Please also note any customs or import duties that apply, maybe charged after you have completed the order with Wireless Madness. Wireless Madness as 'the seller' cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by you 'the recipient' of the parcel. We cannot estimate these charges and are outside our control, we also cannot predict what they may be. We advise all our international customers to check prior to placing an order as customs policies vary widely from country to country. To be certain you may want to contact your local customs office for further information and clarification on this.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal postal service and dealt with accordingly.

Items that have produced a fault and need to be returned will have to be paid for by the customer/consumer - Wireless Madness cannot be held responsible for postage costs incurred in this situation nor will there be any reimbursements made for return postage costs.

Carriage of Dangerous Goods
Some of the items we sell at Wireless Madness are classed as hazardous and dangerous and accordingly these come under the regulation for Carriage of Dangerous Goods - if they are shipped out. If you purchase a product which falls into this category - Wireless Madness will take all the necessary precautions and follow the correct guidelines in ensuring they are packed, labelled, transported accordingly as well making sure they reach you safely.

We use the relevant couriers who are experienced in handling such goods and are capable of transporting our items safely to your door.

Due to the restrictions and safety regulations involved we are unable to ship some of these items outside of the UK, please look out for products that carry these warnings (usually in the item description) before placing an order. We reserve the right to delete any order item(s) or cancel any order(s) which contain such products.

Privacy Notice
This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.

Security
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed.

Wireless Madness Ltd uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including firewalls and secure socket layers.

During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.

We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes.

To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested.

If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice the prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT and delivery (where applicable).

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your debit / credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to you in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
